Integrity

Integrity is one of the most basic and essential leadership qualities. Leaders with integrity have explicit beliefs and principles and demonstrate a commitment to success. They also can hold others accountable for their actions and reactions. As a result, they can help others learn from their mistakes and progress toward their company’s vision and goals.

Leadership with integrity can be complex, but it is vital for long-term success. Those with integrity are not afraid to make tough decisions based on their moral principles. They may even risk losing some short-sighted supporters who do not share their values. Therefore, the best leaders strive to maintain integrity in their professional and personal lives.

Honesty

They also provide opportunities for people to reach their full potential. A creative leader knows how to keep people engaged and involved in the organization’s success.

Creativity can be a powerful motivator for employees but can also be a liability when misapplied. Managerial behaviors that are inappropriate or demoralizing can sabotage creativity. Dependability
